Location
Eagle Eyrie Conference Center was originally developed in the 1950’s as the Baptist General Association of Virginia’s (BGAV) primary conference facility. Baptist churches from across the state partnered with the BGAV to build the largest Christian conference center in Virginia. Since 1956, Eagle Eyrie has operated under the ownership of Virginia Baptists, in addition to providing a Christian environment to over 20,000 people each year from many other Gospel centered denominations, churches, and ministries across the east coast.
Worship & Workshop Space
Voight Conference Center has a conference room which features a large stone fireplace and is equipped with a piano, audio/visual capabilities and a lounge area with a TV. The room seats up to 150 guests with additional classroom space for 75. Some additional classrooms will be used in Sigmon Hall building which is next to Dogwood Hall.
Meals
Dining Hall is capable of seating up to 500 at a time and offers delicious buffet-style food, a soup/potato/salad bar, and a variety of drinks. Gluten and dairy free options are always made available.

Lodging

Note: Lodges are located on the mountain and will require the ability to walk up steep grades or have transportation between the lodges and worship & eating areas
Voight Conference Center Voight Conference Center is a centrally located facility featuring 16 beautifully designed bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, balcony, refrigerator, and coffeemaker. These rooms are accessible by a wrap-around terrace, overlooking the conference room and a large stone fireplace. This facility also includes a commercial kitchen and an assortment of courtesy drinks that guests are welcome to utilize.

Peninsula Association Lodge (PAL)Lodges are conveniently located across the mountain and are the heart of Eagle Eyrie's property. Each lodge is uniquely designed and fully equipped with a kitchen, an oven and stove, a comfortable living area, fireplace, separated men's and women's bathrooms, showers, and bedrooms for groups of 14 to 40 depending on the desired lodge. Many of the lodges offer a more rustic environment; perfect for youth retreats.

Richmond Association LodgeSits on the top of the mountain overlooking the James River Valley and the Blue Ridge Mountains. This lodge offers top quality bedrooms with private bathrooms, a large kitchen with nice appliances, lobby area, large living and dining rooms, a piano, video capabilities, electric fireplace, and an outdoor fire pit perfect for making s'mores.
